Mr.Ashish Kumar, learned advocate holding the brief, appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client had booked to purchase an apartment from respondent no.2. Payments were made. Possession was not given. Some commitment charges were paid. Ultimately, his client was compelled to cancel the booking. On not getting back the money, he filed complaint no.NCR144/11/102432/2022 (Rajesh Manshani vs. Omaxe India Trade Centre Pvt.Ltd) dated 20th November, 2022 before Real Estate Regulatory Authority. He seeks direction for expeditious disposal of the complaint. 2. Mr.Mohd. Afzal, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent no.1 and submits, the complaint case has been fixed for final hearing on 25th June, 2025. 3. Petitioner will forthwith communicate certified copy of this order to respondent no.1. There be expeditious disposal of his complaint case without unnecessary adjournment granted. Considering the case has been fixed for final hearing, it be dealt with and disposed of preferably within four weeks from 25th June, 2025. 4. The writ petition is disposed of.
