GP FOR CIVIL SUPPLIES VS,J W.P No.26856 of 2025 3 The Court made the following Order: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- “….to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the 4th Respondent in not considering the representation dt.18.08.2025 and appointing the petitioner as permanent fair price shop dealers for her shop bearing no.0281015 situated at city Bus stand, Vizianagaram town and Mandal, Viziangaram District, as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Art.14,19 and 21 of constitution of India and contrary to the provisions of Andhra Pradesh state Targeted public distribution system (control) order apart from violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 4th respondent to appoint the petitioner as permanent fair shop price dealer for her fair price shop bearing no.0281015 and pass such other or further orders…” 2. Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners reiterated the contentions urged in the Writ Petition, but, however limited his request to direct the respondent authorities to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 18.08.2025, by appointing the petitioner as permanent fair price shop dealer for the shop bearing No.0281015 situated in City Bus Stand, Vizianagaram Town and Mandal, Vizianagaram District. 3. On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supllies appearing for respondent authorities submits that the respondent authorities will consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 18.08.2025 and will pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsels, instead of keeping the writ petition pending, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the respondent No.4 to pass appropriate orders on the representation made by the petitioner on VS,J W.P No.26856 of 2025 4 18.08.2025 in accordance with law within a period of four (04) weeks from the receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law. 5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
