This is the 6rst bail application 6led under Section 483 of the BNSS for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 240/2024 registered at Police Station- Jamul, District Durg (C.G.), for the o;ence punishable under Sections 307, 34, 201 of IPC and Section 25 and 27 of Arms Act. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to 6le a fresh bail KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 application after carrying out necessary corrections. She further submits that in the impugned bail rejection order dated 05.10.2024 passed by the learned trial Court in Bail Application No. 1118/2024 as well as in the present bail application, the FIR number has inadvertently been mentioned as FIR No. 240/2024. Therefore, she prays that the present application be dismissed as withdrawn so that appropriate steps may be taken to get the correct FIR number incorporated in the bail rejection order passed by the learned trial Court, and thereafter a fresh bail application may be 6led. 3. Considering the submissions and the fact that the present application su;ers from the aforesaid inadvertent error, the same is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the applicant to take appropriate steps before the learned trial Court for correction of the FIR number in its order, and thereafter to 6le a fresh bail application in accordance with law. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 5.
