Heard learned counsel for both the parties. 3. Learned standing counsel for the Respondent passed copy of the signed instructions of the Commissioner, Chilakaluripet -and as on a per the instructions, the Municipal Chairperson has accorded sanction under Genderal funds and accordingly tenders were invited through e-procurement, evaluationof tenders, the works were allotted to the Petitioner. It is further stated that after completion of works, the Municipal authorities had prepared Bills for payment and due to financial priorities, the bills could not be processed. It is also stated that the Municipal authorities are processing the bills for uploaidng in CFMS portal on priority basis. After r 2 4. As there is no dispute to the execution of works and amount due to the Petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission, with the consent of both sides and the written instructions on record, with the following direction; placing (i) The Respondent authorities are directed to pay the I * amounts due to the Petitioner within a period of four (4) months from today.
