GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not conducting further investigation in respect of crime No 349 of 2020 registered for the offence u/s 420, 474, 447 r/w 34 of IPC 3 (1) (g), 3 (2) (va), SC-ST (PoA) Act dated 02.11.2020 in accordance with procedure contemplated u/s 157 of Cr. P.0 and rule 7 of SC ST Rules as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and also violations of Article 14,16,19 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to prevent the accused for committing further commission of offence.” 2 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, after completion of investigation in Crime No.349 of 2020 on the file of Samalkota Police Station, East Godavari District, the same was referred as ‘Civil in Nature’ vide C.No.8297/C3/2021. Hence, no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of. 3. Sri Jada Sravan Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
