JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA) 1. The petitioners are before this Court seeking the following prayer: a. <Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider representations of the petitioners as per Annexure-N to Annexure-N16 for regularizing their services with effect from the date of their initial appointment in accordance with rules and also the proposals dt.9/10.08.2012 and also communication dt.03.10.2012 issued by the 3rd respondent and pass appropriate orders directing the respondents to fix the salary and other benefits of the petitioners since from their initial appointment in the TBP-CADA and release all consequential which the petitioners as legally entitled by allowing this writ petition in the interest of justice. b. Grant such other or further relief as this Hon9ble Court may deem fit in the circumstances, including costs.= 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a representation has been submitted to the respondents seeking fixation of salary and grant of all other benefits from the date of initial appointment in TBP3CADA, along with all consequential benefits. 3. In that light, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation and pass necessary orders in accordance with law, within an outer limit of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not earlier. 5.
