Learned counsel for the parties submit that the issue raised in the present petition has already been decided by the Coordinate Bench of this Court while passing order in CWP-20837-2006 titled as Managing AARTI SHARMA 2025.04.09 17:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP-17622-2009 (O&M) & -2- CWP-17633-2009 (O&M) Committee (Regd.) of Hindu Kanya College vs. The State Information Commission, Punjab and another decided on 21.04.2014. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner(s)-Society submits that even as per the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA-1174 of 2011 titled as Punjab Cricket Association vs. State Information Commission Punjab and another, decided on 12.12.2013, the matter has been remanded back to the State Information Commission, Punjab to decide the said issue afresh. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no objection in case, the impugned order dated 17.09.2009 is set aside and the cases are remanded back to the State Information Commission, Haryana to decide the same afresh in accordance with law keeping in view the settled principle of law settled by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in Managing Committee of Hindu Kanya College (supra) as well as by the Division bench of this Court in Punjab Cricket Association (supra). 4. Keeping in view the totality of the circumstances, impugned order dated 17.09.2009 is set aside and the cases are remanded back to the State Information Commission, Haryana to decide the said issue afresh in accordance with law either by keeping in view the law settled by this Court or by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. 5. Both the writ petitions are disposed of in above terms. 6. Civil miscellaneous application pending, if any, is also disposed of. 7. A photocopy of this order be placed on the file of connected cases.
