Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record, the written instructions and would submit that Petitioner sent a complaint through registered post and did not turn up. Respondent Police tried to find out the whereabouts of the Petitioner but could not find out and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders.
