By way of the instant petition, the petitioner is challenging the in action of the respondent authorities in not deciding the complaints of the petitioner regarding running a Hospital namely ILS Hospital by the respondent No.8 without obtaining any permission for the same from the respondent authorities. 2. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would confine his prayer to the extent that the respondent authorities may be directed to decide the complaint of the petitioner dated 29/08/2023 (Annexure P/2) within a stipulated time period. 3. Learned State counsel would submit that they have no objection in deciding the complaint of the petitioner dated 29/08/2023. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 5. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner coupled with the no objection given by the State counsel, it is directed that Respondent No.4 shall decide the complaint of the petitioner dated 29/08/2023 (Annexure P/2) expeditiously as early as possible, if not 3 / 3 decided already, in accordance with law. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities shall be at liberty to decide the complaint on its own merits. 7.
