Perused the material on record. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions would submit that the matter is purely civil in nature and hence, respondent Police did not register any crime basing on the complaint of the Petitioner and would finally submit that this Court may pass appropriate orders by disposing of this Writ Petition. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submissions, this Writ Petition may be disposed of. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedy before appropriate forum according to law. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
