1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing order dated 21.05.2015 passed by respondent No. 3/Collector by which services of the petitioner have been terminated. The petitioner has also prayed for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to release her payment in terms of order dated 11.05.2016 passed by the Authority under the Payment of Wages Act, Labour Court, Baloda-Bazar, District- ARUN KUMAR DEWANGAN Digitally signed by ARUN KUMAR DEWANGAN Date: 2025.09.16 10:43:35 +0530

Since the petitioner has been terminated vide order dated 21.05.2015 passed by respondent No. 3/Collector and this petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the same after lapse of 10 years, which is itself barred by limitation, therefore, the prayer made by the petitioner regarding quashing the order dated 21.05.2015 is rejected as barred by limitation.
3. So far as order dated 11.05.2016 passed by the Authority under the Payment of Wages Act, Labour Court, Baloda-Bazar, District- Baloda- Bazar-Bhatapara (C.G.) in Case No. 10/P.W. Act/2015, is concerned, the petitioner has alternate and efficacious remedy to take recourse for execution of the aforesaid award.
4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to take recourse for execution of the aforesaid award passed by the Authority under the Payment of Wages Act before the appropriate forum. Sd/- (Narendra Kumar Vyas) Judge Arun
