Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 3 has raised a preliminary objection that firstly, the petitioner having participated in the selection process, after declaration of result cannot challenge the advertisement. Secondly, the selected candidates have not been made party and thirdly, the order of approval dated 3.5.2025 has not been challenged, whereby approval to the selection has been made. A copy of the order dated 3.5.2025 has been submitted for perusal of the Court. Another copy of that order has been handed over by the counsel for the respondent to the counsel for the petitioner. 2. In view of the preliminary objection raised by learned counsel for the respondent no. 3, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition making proper prayer and impleading necessary parties. 3. This petition is, accordingly, dismissed with the liberty aforesaid. 4. If such a fresh petition is filed, notice of the same shall be served on Shri J.P.
