J Appeal filed under' Section 173 of M.V.Act, aggrieved by the decree and judgment passed in M.V.O.P.No.436 of 2017, dated 08.11.2019, on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal -cum- Principal District Judge, Vizianagaram, Vizianagaram District. This appeal coming on for hearing and upon perusing the grounds of Petition, the Order and Decree of the Trial Court and the material papers in the Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri U Nagendra Babu, representing on behalf of Sri G Sai Narayana Rao, Advocate for the Appellants and none appeared for the Respondent Nos.1 & 2 and of Sri T Ravi Kumar, representing on behalf of Smt A Jayanthi, Advocate for the Respondent Nos.3 & 4. This Court doth Order and decree as follows:

That the appeal be and is hereby allowed; That the appellants/claimants be and are hereby entitled to a total compensation of Rs.22,75,100/- along with interest @ 7.5% per annum from the date of petition till realization; That the respondent-insurer be and is hereby directed to deposit the enhanced compensation amount, after deducting the amounts, if any, already deposited, within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; That the appellants/claimants are at liberty to initiate appropriate steps for recovering the compensation amount if the respondent-insurer fails to deposit in stipulated time; That on such deposit being made, the appellants/claimants be and are hereby permitted to withdraw the amount, in proportionate shares, as provided under the impugned order;
