It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Rahul Pant, learned Senior Advocate that the charge-sheet/challan bearing No.01 dated 03.01.2013 arising out of the case FIR No.15 of 2010 registered with Police Station, Vigilance Organization, Jammu sought to be quashed, stands already quashed by this Court by way of the disposal of a separate petition bearing OWP No. 860/2010 filed by co-accused and titled “Mohd Bashir Vs. U T of J&K” on 15.05.2025, owing to which fact, this petition stands rendered infructuous. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has furnished, for the perusal of this Court, a scanned copy of the order dated 15.05.2025, passed by this Court in the said another petition, which was perused. Sr. No. 01 2 CRMC No. 435/2018 CrlM No. 1886/2024 3. The statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner stands substantiated, in view of the perusal of the copy of the aforesaid judgment dated 15.05.2025 of this Court. 4.
