Upon hearing from the learned counsels of both the sides, it is felt proper to dispose of this writ petition directing the RI, Kantajhari Garh Circle (Opposite Party No.3) in the district of Jajpur to accept the rent from the recorded tenant of Khata No.372/179 in Mauza Unit No.16 Sobhara without prejudice to the subsequent finding by any Competent Court about the title of the property under Khata No.372/179. Because, it is the settled propositions of law that, the recorded tenant in the R.o.R has the duty to pay the rent and the Government thorough RI is the duty to accept the same from the recorded tenant. 3.
