Learned State counsel assures the Court that the representation dated 18.04.2025 (Annexure P-3) will be decided within two days and a speaking order so passed will be supplied to the petitioners in compliance to the notification No.HOME-HM-40 40SECM/14/2025-2H4/63 dated 23.01.2025 issued by the Department of Home Affairs, Punjab, Government of Punjab (Home-4 Branch). In the light of above, this Court is of the view that this petition does not warrant any further interference by this Court. Hence, the same is disposed off. However, the petitioners would be at liberty to avail alternate remedy by way of appeal in terms of the above-said notification.
