1. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition claiming the following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relates to the case of the petitioner from the possession of respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to consider and decide the pending representations of the petitioner within a period of 15 days and further be pleased to direct the respondents to consider his name for promotion on the post of Principal being eligible and suitable person from the promotion order dated 30.04.2025 with all consequential benefits. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief's in favour of the petitioners, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner would restrict his submission to the extent that with respect to his placement in the gradation list, he has moved his representation on 05.06.2025 to the respondent authorities and the same has been forwarded also by the Principal, Govt. Higher Secondary School, Dhansir, District Sarangarh-Bilaigarh on 05.06.2025 itself, but the same has not been considered till date and therefore, the respondent authorities may be directed to consider his pending
3 representation dated 05.06.2025 and to take a decision as early as possible.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State has no objection, if such a direction is being made to take the decision on the pending representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Considering the limited submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 05.06.2025 (Annexure P/5) within 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law and applicable rules and circulars of the State Government.
5. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order to the respondent No.2 within 02 weeks from today.
