GP FOR HOME (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: 2 “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 2 to 5 in opening a suspect sheet bearing No. 625,626,627 and C.No. 05/Sus/ SDRO-NRT/2018 on the file of Chilakaluripet Urban Police Station opened by the Sub Divisional Police Officer, Narasaraopet against the petitioners as illegal arbitrary and in violation of the petitioners fundamental rights guaranteed uncle- Article 20 and 21 of the Constitution of India and calling the petitioners to the police station regularly on the said basis and consequently set-aside the said suspect sheets.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that there are no cases pending against the Petitioner and to curb and curtail the unlawful activities of the Petitioner the impugned Suspect Sheet has been opened against the Petitioner. 3. Sri D.Kasi Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, no cases are pending against the Petitioner and hence, the suspect sheet opened against the Petitioner may be closed. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is allowed and the impugned Suspect Sheet against the Petitioner is hereby set aside. There shall be no order as to costs.
