“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records pertaining to the case of petitioner from the respondents. 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, thereby setting-aside/quashing the impugned order dated 28.02.2023 (Annexure P/1). 10.3 That any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including cost of the petition may kindly be awarded to the petitioner.”
2. Learned State counsel submits that the impugned order has already been set aside, and therefore, the present writ petition does not survive for adjudication and has become infructuous.
3. In view of the submission made on behalf of the State and the fact that the impugned order dated 28.02.2023 (Annexure P/1) already stands set aside, nothing further survives for consideration in the present writ petition.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
