This application has been filed to stay the further pr4oaceedings of Special session Case no. 23/IX of 2025, State Vs. Ravendra Singh @ Bade, arising out of case crime No. 140 of 2024, under sections 308, 323, 504, 506 IPC and section 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act, P.S. Kotwali Dehat, District Banda pending in the court of Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Banda. On perusal of the record, the Court finds that the allegations made in the first information report disclose commission of a cognizable offence and those allegations have found support from the material collected during the course of investigation on the basis whereof the police has laid a charge sheet against the appellants.Therefore, prayer for quashing the chargesheet as well as cognizance order stand refused. At this stage, in case appellant appears before the court below within 30 days from today and applies for bail, the same shall be heard and disposed of in accordance with law.
