PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This criminal petition has been filed, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking for granting of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners-accused Nos. 1 and 3 in crime No. 363 of 2024 of Chodavaram Police Station, Anakapalli District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109 (1), 118 (1), 351 (2) and 49 read with Section 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners-accused Nos. 1 and 3 and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State. 3. Earlier, this Court, on 22-08-2025 in Criminal Petition No. 7890 of 2025, dismissed the request for grant of pre-arrest bail filed by the petitioners- accused Nos. 1 and 3 on the grounds that there are specific overt acts attributed against them and that the injured suffered grievous injuries. This is second pre-arrest bail application. There are no merits in the second bail application and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4.
