The present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 334 of 2025, (State Vs. Pradeep and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 211 of 2016, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 34 of I.P.C., Police Station- Bewar, District- Mainpuri, as well as cognizance/ summoning order dated 25.03.2025 pending in the Court of Additional Judicial Magistrate, Mainpuri. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof.
