Deepu @ Deepak Sharma & others, under Section 304-B IPC pending in the court of 1st Additional District Judge, Dehradun, arising out of Case Crime/FIR No. 82 of 2024, P.S. Premnagar, District Dehradun. 2. This is second bail application of the applicant. Her first bail application has been dismissed as withdrawn on 25.09.2024. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. It is argued that the co-accused having similar role has already been granted bail; similar grounds are available to the applicant. 5. Learned State Counsel admits these facts. 6. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 7. The bail application is allowed. 2 8. Let the applicant be released on bail, on her executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
