-2- 29.04.2025 1) At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 would submit that the order impugned passed under Section 7Q of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 has already been withdrawn by the concerned authority and the petitioner has already communicated on 28.04.2025 in this regard. 2) At this stage, Mr. Paranjpe would seek permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to revive his prayer if occasion arises. 3) Permission granted. 4) Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above. 5) Notice issued under Section 8(5) of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 also goes. 6) The documents supplied by Mr. Pankaj Singh, Advocate is taken on record.
