2025:KER:26515 B.A.No.4060 OF 2025 2 P.V.KUNHIKRISHNAN, J. -------------------------------- B.A. No.4060 of 2025 --------------------------------- Dated this the 27th day of March, 2025 ORDER After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application with liberty to move it again.
2. I am of the considered opinion that this Court need not entertain the bail application, but if there is any undue delay in completing the trial, the petitioner can file a fresh bail application before the trial court and if such a bail application is filed, the trial court can consider the same. With the above observation, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. Sd/- P.V.KUNHIKRISHNAN JUDGE scl
