Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Police in interfering in civil/propety disputes in respect of the land ad-measuring Ac.3-34 Cents and the constructions situated in R.S.No.153/1, Surampalli Village, Gannavaram Mandal, Krishna District and in pressurising the Petitioners to facilitate a settlement in civil disputes between the land owners (joint owners) and the Fifth Respondent and in falsely registering the FIR.No.109/2021 dated 23.02.

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a writ, particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Police in interfering in civil/property disputes in respect of the land ad- measuring Ac.3-34 Cents and the constructions situated in R.S.No.153/1, Surampalli Village, Gannavaram Mandal, Krishna District and in pressurising the Petitioners to facilitate a settlement in civil disputes between the land owners (joint owners) and the Fifth Respondent and in falsely registering the FIR.No.109/2021 dated

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents would submit that the respondent police are not interfering in the civil disputes including the construction activities between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
5. Considering the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere with the civil disputes

between the parties, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
