Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Present petition has been filed with following prayer:- "(i). To issue a direction to the learned Additional Judge, Small Causes Court, Bareilly to decide the Small Cause Suit No.11 of 2010 (Rahul Gupta & others vs. Sri Danney Bux) within some stipulated time period." 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted suit is pending since long, therefore, a direction may be issued to decide the same at the earliest. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to learned Additional Judge, Small Causes Court, Bareilly to decide the Small Cause Suit No.11 of 2010 if possible within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
