The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 275/2024 arising out of Naudiha Bazar P.S. Case No. 03/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 596 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 302 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Palamau, Daltonganj. 3. On 31.01.2024, at about 06:30 p.m., 16 years old daughter of the informant was enticed away by accused Pankaj Kumar. On 05.01.2024, her dead body was found. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co- accused. It was finally submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. Mr. Prabhu Dayal Agrawal, learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but admitted that the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing with that of the co-accused persons. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Palamau, Daltonganj in connection with S.T. Case No. 275/2024 arising out of Naudiha Bazar P.S. Case No. 03/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 596 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Nandini/-
