Learned Counsel appearing for the parties are unable to apprise this Court as to whether CAN 3 of 2015 (Old No: CAN 5584 of 2015) was disposed of. This application was filed in connection with the appeal filed against the final decree. However, a copy of this application has not been served upon the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.1 to 3. It is also not clear whether the copy of this application has been served upon the other respondents. The application for substitution is also lacking any material particulars. 2 2. The matter stands adjourned for a fortnight in order to enable the appellants to file a supplementary affidavit disclosing all relevant details with regard the substitution application upon prior service to Md. Imteyaz Aslam Lodhi, learned Advocate-on-record for the respondent nos. 1 to 3. 3. In the event no such affidavit is filed, the interim order shall stand vacated. 4.
