D ATE : JULY 08, 2025 1) The applicants/respondents No.1 to 3 have filed this application to permit them to withdraw the compensation amount lying in this Court, as the appeal filed by the appellant was dismissed on 18/03/2024, for which learned counsel for the appellant has given no objection. On instructions, learned counsel for the appellant further submits that the appellant has not preferred any appeal against the said order. 2) In view of the same, the application is allowed as prayed.
