JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ) 1. The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ or order or direction directing the respondent to pass the award and pay the compensation to the petitioner by considering the representations dated 30.8.2022, representation dated 01.10.2022, representation dated 10.3.2025, representation dated 23.6.2025 submitted to the respondent, vide Annexure-A, B, D and F respectively, within some time bound period. b. Such other writ or order or direction as deemed fit under the facts and circumstances of the case including an order for cost may kindly be passed, in the interest of justice and equity. The grievance of the petitioner is that no award has been passed as regards the acquisition of land of the petitioner, in furtherance of which representation at Annexures-A, B, D and F had been submitted, which also have not been considered. If those documents are submitted, they would be considered and necessary award passed. The submission of learned AGA answers the grievance of the petitioner. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to submit all the documents necessary within a period of 30 days from today, the petition stands disposed directing the respondents to pass necessary award within 60 days from the date of receipt of documents.
