Heard Sri M.M.M Srinivasa Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioner and 2. Ms. K. Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the District 3. Cooperative Officer, Krishna, Machilipatnam, addressed a letter to the Station House Officer, Penamaluru Police Station, Penamaluru Mandal for closure of this case and to drop the criminal case against the petitioner. Learned Counsel would further submit that the petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the Police to take appropriate action on the letter addressed by the District Cooperative Officer. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may 4. pass appropriate orders. Considering the submissions made, the Criminal petition is disposed of. 5. However, the Police are at liberty to take appropriate decision over the letter 3 addressed by the District Cooperative Officer to them, according to law expeditiously as possible.
