Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to forthwith sanction transfer of the Petitioner from Rajkiya Highshool Imaliya Karanpur, District Shravasti to District Meerut as an Assistant Teacher (L.T. Grade-Art) in any government high school. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the pending representations dated 19.02.2025 and 05.03.2025 moved by the Petitioner for her transfer from District Shravasti to District Meerut, expeditiously as possible as within stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court, deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case;" 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that the claim of petitioner is pending before respondent no. 2 In this respect, petitioner has filed representations dated 19.02.2025 and 05.03.2025, however till date, no order has been passed. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that representations of petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby provided that respondent no.2-Additional Director of Education (Rajkiya), Madhyamik Shiksha, U.P. at Prayagraj shall decide the representations dated 19.02.2025 and 05.03.2025 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order. 6. It is clarified that this Court has not decided the issue on merits and the authorities concerned shall independently apply its mind and pass order in accordance with law. 7.
