Learned counsel for the petitioner would restrict his submission to the extent that the present writ petition pertains to payment of arrears of revised pay scale to the petitioner for which he has moved his representation on 21.07.2025, but the same has not been decided till
2 date and no arrears has been paid to the petitioner. Therefore, the authority concerned/respondent No.6 may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a stipulated time-frame.

Learned counsel for the State would submit that he has no objection if such a direction is given to the authority concerned.

Considering the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, respondent No.6 is directed to take a decision on the representation dated 21.07.2025 of the petitioner within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law and relevant rules and circulars after verifying service record of the petitioner.
4. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order before respondent No.6 within two weeks from today.
5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ petition is
