ORDER:
Shorn of all unnecessary facts in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it is the specific case of the petitioner that he is the land owner and he is in the possession of the land and he has submitted F-Line application bearing No.DER012501563078 dated 16.07.2025 through Mee Seva for conducting Survey and demarcating and fixing of boundaries of his land admeasuring Ac.0.30 cents in Survey No.473/5 situated in Pathapadu, Devarampadu Village, Ongole Mandal, Prakasam District in implementing the decree and judgment, dated 10.04.2013 in O.S.No.855 of 2005 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ongole as confirmed by the order, dated 28.11.2023 in A.S.No.107 of 2014 on the file of the learned VII Additional District Judge, Prakasam District at Ongole and the respondent authorities went on postponing the survey and when there was persistent demand by the petitioner on obstructing by neighbouring land owners and the said inaction on the part of respondent authorities in processing the F-Line application of the petitioner, the petitioner was constrained to approach this Court.
2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents has submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the F-Line application submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law.

Considering the submissions of both the learned counsels for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the concerned authorities to consider the F-Line application bearing No.DER012501563078 dated 16.07.2025 submitted by the petitioner through Mee Seva for conducting Survey and demarcation of boundaries of the petitioner’s land and in implementing the permanent injunction decree, dated 10.04.2013 in O.S.No.855 of 2005 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ongole as confirmed by the order, dated 28.11.2023 in A.S.No.107 of 2014 on the file of the learned VII Additional District Judge, Prakasam District at Ongole, by issuing notice to all concerned/interested persons, and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner raises concerns about safety and the possibility of a brawl in completing a survey due to obstructions by the villagers (neighbouring) are actively preventing the survey process. Hence it is urged that this Court may direct the police to provide protection enabling to facilitate smooth conduct of survey which is being conducted under the Survey and Boundaries Act. Considering the submission of the counsel for the petitioner, that the petitioner shall submit an application before the concerned Police
5 seeking protection on the dates on which they will conduct survey. If such an application is submitted by petitioner, the Police shall do the needful in accordance with law.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
