During the course of hearing, Sri T. Niranjan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that passport was issued to the petitioner on 10.08.2017 and the same expires on 09.08.2027. Hence, no further orders are required in this writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the respondents have renewed the passport till 09.08.2027, no further orders are necessary and requested to close the writ petition. 4. Recording the submission of learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
