The Court made the following: 2 RNT,J &MRK,J C.M.A.No.557 of 2019 JUDGMENT:- (per Sri Justice Ravi Nath Tilhari) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed challenging the order, dated 25.02.2019 passed in G.W.O.P.No.427 of 2012 (old No.153 of 2010) on the file of the learned III Additional District Judge, Guntur, which was filed by the maternal grandfather of the ward under Sections 8 and 10 of Guardian and Wards Act, 1890, for custody of the minor and appointment of the appellant as guardian for the person and property of the minor, and said petition was dismissed. 2. From a perusal of Paragraph 2 of the petition filed under Section 8 of the Act, it is evident that the date of birth of the minor is 10.06.2006. Consequently, the minor has since attained majority, rendering the present appeal infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
