This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- “(1) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus Quashing the respondent no.1’s E- Auction notice as per notice dt.20.09.2025, REF NO. CB/SAR/BB/13-2/(8- 6)SEPT/2025/09,to the respondent no.2, 3 and 4 with regard to the secured asset i.e. WZ-49-A, (PLOT NO.-27), including roof built on land measuring 260 Sq. Yards. Out of Khasra no. Rectangle No.-6/12 Kila Portion and Khasra No.-12/7/1 and 12/4 portion situated in the area of Village Choukhandi, Shyama Prashad Mukherjee Park, New Delhi-110018 till the 1/3rd share of the petitioner is not determined and released in favour of the petitioner. (2) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 1 to suspend any further action on the E-Auction notice dt.20.09.2025 REF NO. CB/SAR/BB/13-2/(8- 6)SEPT/2025/09 till pending the petition of the petitioner. (3) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.1 to release the 1/3rd share of the petitioner in the secured asset i.e.WZ-49-A, (PLOT NO.-27), including roof built on land measuring 260 Sq.
