This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in proposing to assign house-site pattas under 'Navaratnalu-Peddalandariki Illu9 scheme in the land classified as Manda Bayalu' (Cattle Grazing Place) of an extent of Ac 1.15 Cents in Sy. No.68/4 and an extent of Ac.0-30 Cents in Sy No.68/2 in Pothavaram Village, P. Gannavaram Mandal, East Godavari District. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, relying upon the counter-affidavit of the 5th respondent, submits that there is no dispute regarding the acquisition of the land, as per the instructions issued by the Government vide G.O.Ms.No.585. The land was proposed for house-sites and it was made suitable for the house-sites and distribution. Thus, the proposal was made for distributing the subject land as house-sites to the eligible beneficiaries. But, there is an interim order passed by this Court on 24.12.2020. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 to 5 are directed to deal with the subject land in an extent of Ac 1.15 Cents in Sy. No.68/4 and Ac.0-30 Cents in Sy No.68/2 in Pothavaram Village, P. Gannavaram Mandal, East Godavari District, strictly in accordance with law, if so warranted, for any public purpose. 4 BKM,J W.P.NO.25152 OF 2020 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
