No 760, without following the due process of law for acquiring the land is illegal. Arbitrary, violate of Articles 14, 21, 300 A of the Constitution of the India and provisions of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act., 2013 consequently direct the respondents not to lay path way through the petitioner's above land without acquiring the lands.
