Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instant writ petition has been filed only for a direction to the respondents for clearance of all undisputed and admitted facts of the petitioner in respect of land in question as the same is pending before the concerned authorities. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that subject to due verification and scrutiny of the claim of the petitioner, appropriate steps shall be taken at the earliest within a stipulated period. 4. Given the statement made by the counsel for the respondent- State and since the petition has been filed instant petition upon issuance of notice regarding encroachment for which the petitioner has already filed reply. The concerned authorities are directed to consider the reply and to pass appropriate orders by affording proper opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within an outer limit of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 5.
