Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1 to 5. No representation for the 6th respondent also. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in granting Pattas under Rule 11(1) of the Andhra Pradesh Bhoodan and Gramadhan Act, 1965 and trying to allot the lands as House Site Pattas to the weaker sections under the Navaratnalu scheme of the lands belonging to the petitioners in Sy.No.423/2 to an extent of Ac.5.00 cents and Ac.4.00 cents in Kuduturu village, Dharmavaram mandal, Anantapur District which are allotted to the petitioners by the proceedings of the 6th respondent dated 10.05.2014 and 20.08.2016 without initiating any Land Acquisition proceedings. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the counter affidavit of the 4th respondent submits that the Bhudhan Board allotted nearly Ac.64-20 cents to the house site pattas in Sy.No.423-1 and Ac.7-60 cents to Jeevan Jyothi Orphan house cum school in Sy.No.423-2. The entire house site pattas has already been cancelled for violation of conditions of grant. The said land was taken for housing programme for the welfare of thousands of houseless poor persons under the welfare scheme of housing programme. But the subject land is not utilized for such housing scheme as it was given to Jeevan Jyothi Orphan house cum School to an extent of Ac.7-60 cents in Sy.No.423-2. 4 HBKM,J W.P.No.16800 of 2020 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. However, the respondent Nos.3 to 6 are directed to deal with the subject land in Sy.No.423/2 to an extent of Ac.5.00 cents and Ac.4.00 cents in Kuduturu village, Dharmavaram mandal, Anantapur District, strictly in accordance with law, if so warranted for any public purpose. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
