Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that police are calling the petitioner to the police station and harassing him without there being any crime registered against the petitioner. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents would submit that basing on the complaint of the 4th respondent, a case has been registered against the petitioner in Cr.No.74 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 420, 406 IPC of Panyam Police Station and therefore, the police called the petitioner to the police station for the purpose of investigation. 5. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, police are directed to follow due process of law regarding the crime which is registered against the petitioner.
