Case No. 1056/12 of 2022 arising out of Case Crime No. 493 of 2020, under Sections 342, 504, 354, 392, 506 of I.P.C., Police Station- Shamli, District- Shamli, whereby protest petition has been treated as a complaint case. Learned counsel for the applicant fairly admits that the impugned order has been passed in pursuance of the order of the co-ordinate Bench of this Court dated 21.09.2024 passed in Application U/S 482 No. 23782 of 2024. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
