This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents No.5 in not taking any action on the petitioners representation dated 13.10.2025 as illegal, arbitrary and amounts to abdication of statutory duties cast up on them and also violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents 2 to 5 to consider the representation dated 13.10.2025 against the Respondent No.6 and dispose of the same within 24 hours.”
2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that, since the contents of the representation submitted by the Petitioner disclose non-cognizable offences, the Police have not registered any case. 3. Sri Daggubati Venkateswara Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
