Learned counsel for the State/respondent submits that as per the death certificate dated 19.12.2023 issued by the competent authority the appellant no. 1-Bhim Prasad Chandra had died on 01.12.2023 and it has been duly verified by him supported by the death certificate Digitally signed by RAVVA UTTEJ KUMAR RAJU 2 of the appellant No. 1 annexed therein and as per death certificate dated 05.05.2021 issued by the competent authority the appellant no. 2-Barsati Chandra had died on 04.05.2021 and it has been duly verified by him supported by the death certificate of the appellant No. 2 annexed therein. 2.
