The Court made the following: 3 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE NO: 2950/2025 ORDER: This contempt case is filed against the respondent for willful disobedience of the orders dated 06.05.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.11861 of 2025. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that this Court passed an order dated 06.05.2025 in W.P.No.11861 of 2025, which is extracted hereunder: <6 Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for the respondents and on perusal of the material placed on record, this Court is of the considered view that the present writ petition can be disposed of, directing the petitioners herein to prefer an Appeal before the competent authority i.e., District Revenue Officer/Revenue Divisional Officer as per Section 5(4) of Act 26 of 1971 and as per further amendment to Section 5(4) of the Act, the RDO would be the appellate authority, within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such Appeal, the respondents authorities are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, in accordance with law, within a period of four (04) months, thereafter. 4 7. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.= 4. Learned counsel for the respondent further submits that in compliance of the order of this Court as extracted above, the respondent passed a speaking order dated 01.12.2025 and the copy of the speaking order is also furnished before this Court. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners also admitted the same. 6. Recording the said submissions, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
