No representation for the petitioner. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that police are not interfering in the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents and not calling the petitioner to the police station. 4. In that view, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties. The police are further directed not to call the petitioner to the police station in the absence of any crime registered against the petitioner. In the event of any crime registered against the petitioner, the police are directed to follow due process of law.
