Heard Sri P.Rambhoopal Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Bala Krishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, pursuant to filing of this writ petition, the respondent authorities have surveyed the subject property and laid road as sought in the writ petition. As such there remains nothing for adjudication and prayed to close the writ petition. 4. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
