Counsel for the Petitioners: T S ANIRUDH REDDY Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR HIGHER EDUCATION Counsel for the Respondents:VENNA HEMANTH KUMAR(CENTRAL GOVERNMENT COUNSEL) SRK, J WP No.19345 of 2025 3 The Court made the following ORDER: The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking the following relief. <….to issue any Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 2nd respondent in issuing the Withdrawal Order dated 21.05.2025 bearing File No.NCTE / 2025 / SRC / PAR / ORDER / APS00557 and withdrawing the recognition granted to 2nd petitioner institution for the course of M.P.Ed with an intake of 40 seats on the sole ground of 2nd petitioner institution not having submitted the Performance Appraisal Reports for the Academic Years 2021-22 and 2022-23 as being arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional apart from being in violation of the law laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to treat 2nd petitioner institution as a validly recognized institution for the course of M.P.Ed with an intake of 40 seats for the Academic Year 2025-26.= 2. This Court, on 28.07.2025, while ordering notice before admission, passed the following interim order. <………….. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are directed to permit the 2nd petitioner institution to participate in the counseling for admission into Master of Physical Education Course for the academic year 2025-26, without reference to the impugned withdrawal order vide File No.NCTE / 2025 / SRC / PAR / ORDER / APS00557, dated 21.05.2025. However, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions of the Director of Collegiate Education, Mangalagiri, Guntur district, dated 19.09.2025, submits that the respondent authorities have implemented the said interim orders of this Court dated 28.07.2025 and, in view of the same, no further orders are necessary to be passed in this Writ Petition. 4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader and placing the written instructions of the Director of Collegiate Education, Mangalagiri, Guntur district, dated 19.09.2025, on record, the Writ Petition is closed.
